Change needs direction, and sometimes someone to help navigate. I support organisations that want to shape change intentionally. With clarity, structure, and a sharp eye for what helps people thrive in times of transition. Whether it's reorganisation, culture change, or new ways of working: I help sort through the complexity, find the right tools, and develop practical solutions. Always together with the teams who will bring them to life.
VISUALIZATION
Some things only make sense once you can actually see them. I use visual tools to explore complexity and create clarity. From systems mapping to live graphic recording, I help teams see the bigger picture and develop shared understanding. That way, ideas, strategies, and change processes become more concrete and easier to move forward with.
FACILITATION
When many perspectives meet, you need spaces where real dialogue can happen. I design and facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and conferences: with structure, focus, and a good sense of how to get everyone involved. I help make topics clear, decision-making visible, and outcomes meaningful. Even when things get tricky or opinions clash.

In May 2026, I spoke at re:publica about "Mapping & Power" —a topic that illustrates how visualization is not neutral, but rather reveals (or conceals) power structures itself.
What it’s about: Mapping is more than just cartography. It is used to organize knowledge, social structures, and power relations. My talk explores how maps are used as tools of social and political control, from colonialism to AI-driven mapping.
