My Approach

1. Understand – What is the actual objective?

Before I suggest anything, I listen first. What is the occasion? What has already been tried? What needs to change – and what absolutely must not be lost? The initial consultation is free and usually lasts 45–60 minutes.

2. Explore – Truly understand the context

In a second step, I take a closer look: conversations with relevant individuals, sometimes a brief survey or document review. The goal is to develop a shared understanding of where the real leverage lies.

3. Design – What does this process truly need?

Based on what has been explored, I develop a proposal: Which formats make sense? What rhythm suits the organization? How much external support is needed – and where can the team take over themselves?

4. Accompany – Stay committed until it's established

Whether it's a one-off workshop, a series of workshops, or longer-term support over several months: I remain involved until change no longer needs to be explained but is tangible. And I adapt the process if anything changes along the way.

Both. Many processes run hybrid or fully remote – using digital tools like Miro. On-site workshops are possible and sometimes beneficial. I work in English and German, locally, nationally, and internationally.
